The website is extremely easy to use, both for marketing pro’s and for business owners. It’s built in WordPress and it’s behind a firewall via Sucuri. It has an audience and we send out newsletters weekly and monthly.

Our company (Beach Turnkeys™) is in the business of building eTurnkeys like this one, and including them in our network. We also provide hosting, websites, and domain names, as well as online marketing and advertising through multiple directories such as this one. Fyi, the purchaser has the option to remain in our network, and/or create their own network, or both.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

You get this highly unique and valuable brand name and logo, Domain Name, Website, inclusion into our network, and the DBA. We register our websites as DBA’s in Florida, so you get the rights to the DBA name as well. You also get 12 months of hosting, SSL, custom email and firewall, if you want it.

TRANSFER AFTER PURCHASE

The transfer to the new owner is literally as easy as handing you the username and password to the hosting account. The domain and website are housed together in a single account at Beach Turnkeys™ (host.beachturnkeys.com). The new owner will have the option of moving the website and domain if they choose to do so, or, they can leave it where it is and we’ll cover the current hosting costs for the next 12 months. The website also has a licensed theme and we will be purchasing a new license for the new owner out of our proceeds. The domain is only $12 per year and we own it. Again, it’s contained in the hosting account at Beach Turnkeys™.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT & PAYMENT

We have a purchase agreement online. We can accept company check, cashiers check, wire, crypto, or cash.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING
