Refund Policy
Memberships & Listings
When you purchase a membership or a listing on our website the service should be available to you immediately following your purchase. If you cannot access the system or if there is some type of technical issue, which our support team cannot fix, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. To qualify for the refund you’ll need to contact our LiveChat support by clicking the icon in the lower right corner of your browser. We will review your request during business hours. If you submit a request after-hours we will review it on the next business day.
Network Banner Ads
Your advertising account is setup immediately following your payment and your advertising will begin distribution to each website in our network after propagation (within 24 hours). We do not give refunds on your monthly fee after it is paid. If you do not wish to continue your advertising please cancel your monthly subscription with Stripe® by clicking the link provided in your receipt of your initial purchase.
Exclusive Ad Pages
After purchasing this service our systems begin to build your custom ad page, which is exclusive to the category you choose. Once purchased the category is not available for other users until we physically release it internally. Because it becomes unavailable to other users we are unable to provide a refund.
Hosting & Web Services
Please be advised: This service is a GoDaddy Pro Service. It is provided and serviced by GoDaddy. You will need to setup a separate account in our hosting reseller system. Your Beach Turnkeys login information will not work in this system.
The support staff who answer the phone in this system are not employed by Beach Turnkeys. Inc., they are GoDaddy employees who handle our service and sales requests, thus, we cannot control ‘how’ they respond, or how ‘quickly’ they respond.
